 COSMO started Valve Seat Inserts manufacturing in 1977, from New Delhi and since than we have produced billions of Valve Seat Inserts. That makes us India's largest Valve Seat Inserts producers, having widest range. Presently , manufacturing over 5000 sizes of different kinds for Indian and foreign vehicles , we are exporting our products to many European , American , African , Gulf & Far-east countries on regular basis . For almost three decades we have produced Auto Components, which are marketed throughout India with great success. A total production capacity of more than ten million per annum, through know – how in this field, makes COSMO products a force to be reckoned with.
COSMO MOTORS has been serving Government since 1977. The Auto components produced by the company are up to the Standards and Specifications prescribed by Association of State Road Transport Undertaking, as we are under A.S.R.T.U Regular Rate Contract for supply of above - mentioned components to State Road Transport all over India
We have complete in-house capabilities for development, metallurgy, casting, tooling and testing of Valve Seat Inserts. The casting, which is the most important and typical factor in the manufacturing of the Valve Seat Inserts, is done on latest high frequency induction melting furnaces. These are individually and centrifugal casted, as the case may be, under the strict supervision of qualified metallurgists.
The factory is well equipped with the latest & up to date machinery for Designing, Manufacturing and Quality Control. QUALITY is ensured at every step of manufacturing under the strict supervision of highly qualified engineers. Latest automatic Plant and Machinery is used to cut down the cost of production and to ensure the timely deliveries, without making any compromise to quality. COSMO VALVE SEAT INSERTS are made of special composition alloy steel to withstand extremely high temperature in combustion chamber of four stroke engines, using natural gas, L.P. gas, free fuels etc. Due to the high alloy contents and excellent heat resistance properties.
